You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Churchee a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the product. Prohibited content includes illegal material, harassment, and malware.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Churchee is not a substitute for pastoral care or professional counseling.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Churchee's liability is limited to fees paid in the relevant period or a nominal amount if none apply.
