To operate Churchee, authenticate users, deliver features your church enables, improve reliability and security, and comply with law where required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Subprocessors (e.g. hosting, email, analytics if enabled) process data only as needed to provide the service. Churches remain responsible for how they use exports and member lists.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while the account or church is active and for a limited period afterward for backups and legal obligations. Contact your church admin or platform operator for deletion requests.
